Resonance Capital is a specialist property asset advisor based in Glasgow, with a focus on maximising returns for our investors by intensive management and refurbishment of standing assets and funding & structuring new development. The company was founded by Angela Higgins and our team of directors are hands on with over 50 years collective experience applied across all property sectors and throughout the UK.

We don’t sit at a distance, we roll up our sleeves and understand the need to apply creative thinking. It works and we enjoy it! We have had numerous successful JV’s, worked with private family trusts, fund management houses, banks and institutions.
